Dr. Wallace Starke III, D.V.M.

Dr. Starke grew up in Richmond, VA, and attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate education.  He has two graduate degrees, an MS in Vertebrate Biology from the University of Memphis in 2006 and his DVM from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.  After veterinary school, he completed an internship in exotic animal medicine at the Animal House of Chicago, where he stayed on as an associate for another year before moving back to Virginia.  In addition to exotic animal medicine, he enjoys parasitology and endocrinology.  He currently has one pet, a pine snake named Peaches.  His hobbies include outdoor oceanfront activities, reading, video games, finding good breakfast food/seafood, and camping.
